This is the way to eat an apple. I put my apple in our microwave on high for a minute, the 3 minutes on 2/10 power then another 4 minutes on 1/10 power. - 2/10/10

I like to dice my apple and place it in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. I serve it over oatmeal or a slice of french toast for a hearty, delicious breakfast! - 11/7/09

Easy and quick healthy snack! I used an Apple corer then quartered each slice - 2 minutes got the pieces soft (like stouffer's). Tastey! - 11/30/14

It was really good. Definitely a different way to spice up an apple, which is the only way to get me to eat the apple. The only thing I did differently is leave the skin on and cut the apple into smaller pieces, and then put them in a sandwich bag to add the cinnamon. Very good treat! - 9/28/10

This was great for helping curb my appetite. I mixed sugar, cinnamon, cloves and nutmeg. I chopped up my apple and added 1 tsp. of the mix and microwaved for one minute. Perfect for helping me to get more servings of fruit also. Great idea. - 9/1/09

I really enjoyed that! Tried a little spray butter and it made it a little more decadent. Will try a packet of Truvia next time - 5/29/09
