Mini Spinach Casserole with Ricotta Cheese, Brown Rice, and Ham

Ingredients
2 cups fresh spinach1/2 cup part skim ricotta cheesesalt and pepper to taste1 cup brown rice, cooked1/4 cup Italian dressing1oz Virginia Ham, chopped
Directions
Puree the spinach and ricotta in the blender. Prehear oven to 300 degrees F. Mix all ingredients together in a 9" pie pan and bake for 20 minutes.
