Feel Good Shrimp and Broccoli

Ingredients
3 oz of cooked shrimp1 garlic glove (or more)1 dash of salt and pepper1 dash of onion powder1 spray of Pam cooking spray1/2 a cup of chopped onions1/2 - 1 cup of broccoli
Directions
*Makes 1-2 Servings

In a non stick pan, (med-high heat) heat 1 spray of pam or cooking spary. Add Your onions and garlic to heated pan. Then combine onions and garlic with 3oz of shrimp. Add a dash of salt and pepper and a dash of onion powder. You can also add some hot sause or red pepper flakes for some heat. cook until shrimp is bright orange and the tails have curled. Remove the contents and place in a bowl until broccoli is ready.
In the same pan, (dont wash it) add chopped broccoli and a tsp of garlic. Cook until broccoli is tender yet crispy and bright green. Add salt and Pepper to taste. when broccoli is cooked, empty pan into a plate or platter. Pour shrimp over your broccoli and enjoy this " Feel Good Meal".

    this sounds really good...but alot of recipes call for onions. me being a picky eater, is there ANY substitutes for onions. like could i use the powder b/c its the 'chunks' that i dislike eating...thanks !! :) - 9/16/08
