Curry Garbanzos Beans

Ingredients
Garbanzos, 1.75 cup Curry powder, 2 tbsp Onions
Directions
In medium size skillet on medium low add EVO, then add curry powder.

Stir in curry powder let it cook for 2 minutes.

Then add Garbanzos beans and onions. Stir in completely

Then add 1 cup and half of water(water depends on how much sauce you like.

Cover and turn heat down to Low and simmer for about 25 minutes.

    The "sauce" was too watery, so I ended up adding some "gravy flour." I added peas as well. Not too bad, I may fiddle with the recipe a bit next time I make it. - 1/24/09
