Karin's lasagna

12 Whole wheat Lasagna noodles1 24 oz jar spaghetti sauce w/ 1/2 jar water added2 cup non fat cottage cheese1 egg1/4 cup bread crumbs5 oz frozen spinach, thawed1 Tbsp Italian Seasonings (optional) (adjust seasoning to taste)1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar1/4 cup grated parmesan
Combine Cottage cheese, egg, bread crumbs, spinach, seasoning, 1 cup cheddar and parmesan cheese in small bowl. Mix well then set aside.
Pour small layer of sauce in 9X13 pan. Top with lasagna noodles, and then 1/2 of cheese mixture. Repeat layers until done. Top with remaining 1/2 cup cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes. Cover for first half of the time then bake uncovered.
