Mock Cream of Crab Chowder

1 small onion, chopped3 TBSP EVOO1/2 tsp minced garlic1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup1 can Cream of Celery Soup1 pkg crab meat (imitation okay)2 cups lowfat milk3 soup cans of waterI package country gravy mix (White, peppered gravy) ONLY USE APPROXIMATELY 1/2 to 3/4!2/3 Cup Instant Powdered Nonfat Milk1 Can evaporated skim milk (12 oz)1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1/2 tsp Crab Boil1 chicken bouillion cubeSalt and Pepper to taste
Sautee chopped onion in EVOO until onions are browned.
Add soups, milk, water, and chicken bouillion cube. Mix thoroughly. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and add crab meat, gravy mix, powdered milk, evaporated milk.
Add worcestershire, Crab Boil, and salt and pepper to taste.
Let simmer, stirring frequently, until soup is heated through. Serve with small slices of crusty french bread for dipping.
