Quick and Easy Veggie Wrap

1 Mission Garden Spinach and Herb wrap1/2 tbsp of Hidden Valley Fat Free Ranch Dressing1/4 cup of spinach, fresh1/4 cup of Dole Classic Romaine Salad Blend1/3 Roma tomato, sliced1/3 avocado, sliced1 tbsp of Newman's Own Black Bean and Corn Salsa
Microwave wrap for 15-20 seconds until warm.
Spread ranch dressing on wrap.
Layer with spinach, romaine lettuce, tomato slices, and then avocado slices.
Add salsa on top.
Wrap together and enjoy!
Add any additional vegetables that you like. Fresh broccoli sprouts and mushroom slices work well!
Note: If you are concerned about sodium or carb content, use a different kind of wrap (whole wheat, low carb, etc.).
