Ingredients
2 Tble Vegetables oil1 1/2 cup chopped onions (more or Less to taste)1/4 cup chopped cabbagesm can chopped mushroom1 reg.can of mixed vegetables6 eggs
Directions
Brown all the veggies in oil until onions are tender
beat eggs and stir into skillet stiring until eggs are almost done.
cover and lower heat cook another 5 min.
can garnish with cheese if you perfer

serves 5 approximately 1 cup each
