Melt butter in 10 in" skillet. Stir in flour to make a roux. Add milk stirring in slowly to keep lumps from forming. Run peas under hot water to thaw, drain and add to white sauce. Stir in salt and the 2 cans of tuna. Serve over toasted English Muffins.
