Marilyns Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can pink salmon1 egg1/2 c. chopped onions1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbssalt and pepper to taste1 T. canola oil
Directions
Drain salmon and flake with fork. Mix in egg, onions, bread crumbs and seasonings. Form into four patties. Heat canola oil in skillet. Brown on each side.
