Chicken Souvlaki with Tzatziki Sauce

Ingredients
* 3 tsp lemon juice, canned or bottled * 1/2 tsp ground oregano * 2 tsp olive oil * 1/2 tsp table salt * 4 clove garlic clove(s) * 1/2 pound chicken breast, boneless * 1/2 cup peeled sliced cucumber * 1/2 cup low-fat plain yogurt * 1 tsp lemon juice, canned or bottled * 1/4 tsp table salt * 1 clove garlic clove(s) * 1 cup red onion(s) * 4 large wheat pita(s)
Directions
Mince the garlic. Cut the chicken into 1 inch pieces. Shred cucumber.

Combine first 5 ingredients in a zip lock bag and shake to combine. Add chicken and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes, turning once.
Discard marinade and thread the chicken onto skewers. Grill for 8 minutes or until done, turning once.

Sauce: combine cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, salt and garlic.

Server on warm pita with sliced red onion.
