Cesar Dressing for Chicken Salad

Ingredients
1/3 cup plain fat free yogurt, strained2 TB lemon juice1 tsp olive oil1 tsp white wine vinegar1 tsp dijon mustard1 tsp anchovy paste1 tsp worcestershire sauce1 clove garlic, minced
Directions
Mix ingredients together and add 2 cups chopped cooked chicken breast. Add chopped Romaine lettuce and fat free croutons.
Nutritional info is for dressing only. Each serving of dressing is 3 TBS=54 calories. If you use low fat mayo at 45 cal per TB the calories go to 100=3 TB.
