Rotini pasta with garden veggies

Ingredients
1 tsp soft margarine3 medium carrots, chopped1 cup chopped zucchini1/2 cup chopped onion1 tsp salt1 tsp garlic powder1/4 tsp pepper1 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup 1% milk12 oz dry rotini pasta
Directions
Prepare the rotini pasta as per package directions.

Cook the vegetables in margarine in a non-stick skillet. Add some water if mixure becomes dry. Add spices when veggies are tender. Add tomatoes, parmesan and milk and heat through.

Makes 4 generous servings.
