Crisp Garlic Oven Fries

Ingredients
2 large baking potatos with skinOlive Oil cooking sprayGarlic salt 4 tspOregeno flakes 1 tbspMrs.Dash 1 tbspPaprika 1 tbsp
Directions
Makes 4 servings

Preheat oven to 450'.
Wash and pat dry potatoes with the skin on, cut into thin strips or wedges.
In large Ziploc bag mix garlic salt, oregano and Mrs. Dash.
Spray potato strips with cooking spray, place in Ziploc bag and shake to coat.
Place on cookie sheet, sprinkle with paprika and bake 15-20 min., then turn to brown evenly, bake another 15-20 min.
For extra crisp, turn on broil for a minute or two. WATCH closely!!!!
