Chicken Stroganoff

Ingredients
1 - 2 lbs of chicken8 oz package of egg noodles1/4 cup of chopped onion1 Can Low Fat Cream of Chicken Soup 1 Can Water2 Chicken bouillon cubes1 cup fat free half and halfsalt, pepper, garlic salt to taste
Directions
Put all but the half and half and the noodles in a crock pot on low for about 6 hours. Add the half and half for the last hour. Cook the noodles according to package directions. Serve chicken over the noodles.
