Kim's Tuna Noodle Casserole

Ingredients
12 oz (6 C) Egg Noodles2 - 6 oz cans Tuna in water, drained4 oz can Mushrooms, drained10.5 oz can Cream of Mushroom Soup10 oz Milk 1%3.5 oz Rippled Potato Chips
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Cook noodles according to package directions. Combine soup, tuna, mushrooms and milk and cook over low heat. When noodles are done, drain and place in a deep casserole dish. Add the soup mixture and mix. Crush the potato chips and spread over top. Bake for 20-30 minutes.

    I do the same thing, but instead of using potato chips I can use corn flakes... takes away a bit of the grease and fat. I also add a few cups of frozen mixed veggies or other leftover veggies from the fridge. - 9/18/08
