2/3 cup Canola Oil1/2 cup Butter Lite Syrup1/2 cup Simply Jif1 tsp Vanilla Extract2 tbsp Splenda Brown Sugar1/4 cup Splenda for baking1 1/4 cup rolled oats1/2 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour1 tsp baking soda 3/4 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup Ghirardelli Dark Chocolate Chips
Makes 30 cookies. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix sugars, oil, peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl mix all dry ingredients. Mix together in a large bowl, then fold in chocolate chips. Bake 10 cookies on cookie sheet approximately 8 minutes until edges appear brown.
