1/2 Cup Plain, Light, Soy Milk1/2 Small Banana1/2 Tablespoon Ground Flax Seeds2 Frozen, Unsweetened Strawberries (this acts as your ice and will help to thicken smoothie. Add more if desired)1 Tablespoon Cinnamon
Directions
Put all ingredients in a blender and blend to desired consistency. Add more soy milk or water if too thick for taste. Enjoy!
