Donnas lean spaghetti

Ingredients
3 cups green peppers 1 cup of red peppers 1.5 whole onion sliced 2 cups mushrooms 8 cloves garlic 1 can tomato paste 6oz 2 cans of diced tomatos 28 ozs each 4 tlbs olive oil pasta 93 percent ground beef
Directions
cut up all veggies set aside saute lean ground beef set aside put 4 tlbs olive oil in pan put all veggies in pot to saute including chopped garlic til tender while cooking veggies boil water for whole wheat pasta add ground beef tomatos tomato paste and a little water let simmer add italian seasoning and salt and pepper to taste drain pasta when sauce is done pour all over pasta stir and serve about 1 cup a serving
