Low Fat Pumpkin Muffins

Ingredients
1 box spice cake mix15 oz can pumpkin (not pie filling!)3 egg whites
Directions
Preheat oven to 350.

Mix all ingredients together. Mixture will be very thick and heavy.

Spoon into muffin cups and bake for 15 - 20 mins or until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Makes 24 muffins. Top with FF cool whip (not included in nutritional value) and eat warm for a yummy treat!
