low-carb candied popcorn

Ingredients
13 cups popcorn 3/4 cups splenda 2 tbsp molasses2 tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp salt 1 egg white
Directions
preheat oven to 325
coat baking pan with cooking spray
pop 13 cups of popcorn, about 1/3 cup un-poped
mix together rest of ingredients
when popcorn is ready add the mixture on top and mix popcorn until evenly coated.
place popcorn in baking dish cook for 20 mins
let cool and serve
makes about 10 servings of 1 1/3 cups.

    I made this in a 9X13 baking dish. It smelled amazing while baking. The flavor was OK; however, a large part of the popcorn was soggy, and it shrunk. This may turn out better in 2 batches on cookie sheets. I will likely try again, because the smell was yummy! - 1/15/09
