Ingredients
1 cup ~ strawberries, fresh or frozen2 scoops ~ 100% premuim whey protein mix 1 cup ~ fat free milk10 ~ Ice cubes
Directions
pretty simple.. Just put it all in the blender and blend to the consistency you would like it and then drink the yummy treat you worked hard for. :-)
