Pan Roasted Herbed Almonds

Ingredients
1 tsp each: dried thyme, oregano and basil½ trsp each: garlic powder and onion powder¼ tsp black pepper2 Tbsp peanut oil¾ lb (about 2 cups) whole blanched almonds
Directions
In small bowl combine seasonings. In large skillet, heat oil over low heat; add almonds adn seasonings and cook slowly stirring until almonds are lightly browned, approximately 10 minutes. Place mixture on paper towels to absorb excess oil.Can be served immediately or at room temp.
