Pasta With Shrimps

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Spaghetti, cooked (pasta), 80 gramsRed Ripe Tomatoes, 1 cup, chopped or sliced Spinach, frozen, 0.5 cup Shrimp, cooked, 100 grams Goat Cheese, 50 grams Garlic, 1 cloveNutmeg and Basilico
Directions
makes 1 portion.

Start boiling pasta.

In a non stick pan, add 2 or 3 sprays of oil ( i use the 1 cal per spray oil) and add garlic and spinach. stir for about 3 minutes.

add shrimps. when these turn pink add tomatoes. stir for about 2 minutes, add pasta to the pan and stir. usually i add some nutmeg (or any spices you like). at the last point add the goat cheese.
put some basilico on top
