The Stuff ( made with turkey italian sausage)

1.5 pounds of turkey sausage6 large white or red potatoes4 cups of green or red pepper strips2 cups of chopped onion 2 cups of chicken broth
preheat oven to 350 degrees
Cut potatoes like you would to make fried potatoes , add to roasting pan .
Cut green or red peppers into strips and add to roasting pan .
chop onions and add to roasting pan .
put small chunks or roll turkey sausage into balls and spread evenly over the top .
Pour broth over the mixture .
cover roasting pan with foil .
bake for 90 minutes until potatoes are tender .
