1 tsp baking powder 1/2 tsp baking soda Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 3/4cup Egg, fresh, 2 medium Flour, whole grain, 1.5 cup Molasses, 1/4 cup Semisweet chocolate, 1 cup chips (6 oz package) Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp Ginger, ground, 1 tsp Cloves, ground, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, 1 tbsp Brown Sugar 1/3cup, packed White Sugar 1/3 cup 1/4 cup water
Makes 10 regular-sized muffins
Mix all dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately and then combine. Cook at 350 until slightly firm to touch (12-20 min...sorry not too sure because my oven acts funny). Just keep an eye on them after 12-15 min so they don't burn :)
