Cholesterol Free Deviled eggs

12 hard-boiled eggs1 1/2 cups egg substitute1/4 cholesterol free mayonnaise2 Tbsp yellow mustard1/4 tsp. salt substitute1/4 tsp black pepperPaprika
1. hard boil eggs- cool and peel- set aside.
2. Cook the egg substitute as though you are making scrambled eggs.
3. combine the scrambled eggs with mayonnaise , mustard, salt, and pepper and mix well with a beater or blender
4. cover and refrigerate until cold.
5. cut eggs in half lengthwise and remove yolks, (very important ) through yolks away.
6. Fill each each egg white with the chilled egg substitute mixture.
7. sprinkle with paprika for garnish
