12 Oz whole wheat Pasta1/2 lb shrimp peeled and deveined6 oz imitaion crab meat1 lb ripe roma tomatoes1 cup chopped green pepper1 cup chopped mini sweet peppers4 cloves garlic1/2 cup reduced sodium chicken broth2 TBSP Extra virgin olive oil1 TBSP Oregano2 TBSP Fresh Basil1 TBSP Black Pepper1 TBSP Sugar
Boil Pasta . Meanwhile saute shrimp and minced garlic with olive oil and 1 Tbsp Basil . Saute until shrimp is pink them remove and keep warm. IN SAME SKIllet , bring to a boil chicken broth , chopped peppers and tomatoes , sugar , pepper , and remaining herbs . Reduce heat and simmer for 15 mins and crab meat chopped to bite size pieces and shrimp the last five minutes . Serve over whole wheat angel hair pasta .
