Beef and Bean Chili

1 lb. stew beef, chopped1 green pepper, chopped2 med. onion, chopped5 stalks of celery, chopped2 28 oz. cans of crushed tomato1 28 oz. can of diced tomato1 28 oz. can of red kidney beans1 28 oz. black beans6 TBLS. chili powder1 TBLS. cuminsalt and pepper to taste
Brown: beef, onions, peppers and celery.
Season with the spices. Add the tomaties, and beans. Bring to a roling boil, then simmer. Stir often.
Serves 8 - 10 for dinner.
May be served with rice or corn bread.
