Spinach Pasta with Shrimp

1 cup Whole Wheat Spaghetti2 tsp olive oil (1/2 to use in different steps)2 tsp minced Garlic1 cup frozen Spinach (or fresh will work)4 large Shrimp2 tbsp Parmesansalt & pepper to taste
Cook and drain pasta.
While cooking pasta:
Place 1 tsp olive oil, the garlic, spinach, and shrimp in a pan and cook until shrimp cooked, stir often.
Add pasta to mixture, add another 1 tsp of olive oil, 2 tbsp of cheese, and salt and peper to taste. Makes 1 serving. (Can substitute diced chicken for shrimp.) 382 calories per serving.
