Easy-Peasy Fish Cakes

1 can tuna drained1 can salmon drained3.33 cups mashed potatoes1/4 cup onion diced1/2 cup broccoli slaw diced1 eggyellow cornmeal1 tbsp margaine melted
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease a 12 cup muffin tin and dust lightly with cornmeal.
In a large bowl lightly beat egg with fork. Add mashed potatoes and drained fish. Mix well. In your food processor dice onion and broccoli slaw (could use another crunchy veggie too!). Add to potato mixture and mix well. Spoon evenly into muffin cups. Drizzle each with melted margarine and sprinkle with cornmeal. Bake for 20 minutes until brown and crisp on top.
