Poached Teriyaki Salmon

4 Salmon Filets (1 pound)1/4 cup Teriyaki Sauce1 cup Orange Juice2 tsp Corn Starch4 tsp Water8 Orange Slices
Pour orange juice and Teriyaki sauce in a large skillet and bring to a boil.
Add salmon fillets and place 2 slices of orange on top of each fillet. Return to a boil. Reduce to a simmer, cover the skillet and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, until salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Remove fillets and orange slices. Strain the sauce and return 3/4 of a cup to the pan. Add corn starch and water and boil 1 to 2 minutes or until sauce thickens.
Pour the sauce evenly over each fillet and serve.
