* Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 cup (remove) * *Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 medium (approx 2-3/4" long, 2-1/2" (remove) * Scallions, raw, 4 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove) * Ginger Root, 1 tsp (remove) * Garlic, 2 cloves (remove) * Price Chopper EggMates, 2 serving (remove) * Tofu, extra firm, 227 grams (remove) * *Kikkoman Lite Soy Sauce, 3 tbsp (remove) * *Brown Rice, long grain, 3 cups cooked (remove)
heat up pan, heat garlic and ginger, add all other ingredients except egg. cook until heated through, Create a well, scramble the eggs, and mix them in the rice mixture. Add the soy sauce and any other additional condiments/seasonings and scallions. Serve hot. makes 3 1.25 cup servings
