low fat shrimp scampi

Ingredients
1 lb rraw shrimp shelled and deviened1 can 99% fat free chicken broth with garlic1-2 tbls powdered chicken broth1/4 cup chopped green onions1 tbls parsley1tbls basil1 tbls cilantro2 tsp lemon juice1/3 cup dry white wine (optional)1/4 tsp hot pepper flakes or to taste
Directions
add all ingredients except shrimp to pan, Use powdered broth to give it the buttery taste, adjust as you see fit. cook till onions are soft, bring to a boil and stir in shrimp, cook till done. Serve over rice or pasta
