cleansing chicken soup

Ingredients
1 Whole chicken1T raw apple cider vinegar3-4 quarts water4 medium onions, chopped8 carrots, peeled, chopped2-4 zucchinis, chopped4 T extra virgin coconut oil1/2 c fresh or frozen peas4 inches grated ginger (1T ground)1/4 - 1/2 t cayenne pepper6 celery stalks, chopped1 pound green beans5 garlic cloves1 T sea salt1 bunch parsley, chopped and stemmed
Directions
If you are using a whole chicken, remove fat glands and gizzards from the cavity. Place chicken in a LARGE stainless steel pot with all the ingredients EXCEPT THE PARSLEY.
Let stand 10 minutes before heating then bring to a boil, removing the scum that rises to the top.
Cover and cook 8-12 hours. The longer you cook it the more cleansing it will be.
Take out chicken and de-bone it, putting the chicken back in the stock.
About 15 minutes before done add parsley.
You may puree this for easier digestion.
