1 - 12.5 Oz can Premium Chicken Breast in Water 98% fat free, drained and shredded1/2 - Cup Chopped Celery1/2 - Cup Low fat Sour Cream4 - tbsp Low Fat Mayonnaise1- tsp Curry Powder1/4 - tsp Ground Turmeric2 - tbsp dehydrated Onion FlakesBlack Pepper to taste (optional)Mix all ingredients well. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with low fat, high fiber crackers of your choice.Makes 4, 1/2 cup servings
