4 c. onions, chopped4 c. green peppers, chopped3 c. diced tomatoes6 c. tomaot sauce4 sm. cans tomato pasta4 lbs. ground beef8 c. red kidney beans1 bottle beerChili powder
Saute vegetables except kidney beans
Mix tomato sauce and tomato paste together in separate bowl.
Saute ground beef, drain. Place drained beef into large crock pot. Mix in chili powder. Add sauted vegetables and kidney beans; mix well. Stir in tomato mixture. Simmer for 4 to 5 hour.
Let sit over night. Reheat. Serve with sour cream and grated cheese on top with oyster crackers.
