Ingredients
1 medium onion chopped2 cloves garlic minced7.8 oz. all beef sausage (sliced)8.6 oz bonless skinless chicken tenders (diced)4 oz cooked salad shrimp1 TBS Worchestershire sauce1/2 cup (dry) long grain brown riceCajun seasoning to taste1 14.5 oz can stewed tomatoes (undrained)1 14.5 oz can diced tomatoes with green chilies (undrained)1 medium bell pepper chopped1 TBS dried parsley
Directions
Add all ingredients to crockpot and cook on high for 4-6 hous or low for 6-8 hours. Serve with warm bread or extra vegetables. (Not included in nutritional information)

    I used turkey kielbasa and while it cut back on the salt and fat content, I think I prefer regular beef sausage or kielbasa and will use it next time. I also went w/ 3/4 c. of rice and added extra diced tomatoes. All in all, a tasty, easy, filling entree! - 6/18/12

    I can never leave anything alone! I didn't have any cajun spice nor stewed tomatoes. So i added can of diced chilies,upped it to 3/4 cup rice, added paprika, cayene pepper, salt, and pepper - I enjoyed it! - 1/11/09

    OMGosh this was fabulous!!! I'm not a fan of shrimp so I did leave that out, added 1 full c of rice, 1/2 yellow pepper, 1/2 red pepper (to add more color to it). This will be another one of our regulars since I LOVE cooking with the crockpot!!! YUMMY!!! - 11/11/08
