20oz. lean ground turkey10 oz ragu whatever flavor1/2 cup choped mushrooms1/2 chopped red pepper1/2 c onion choppedseason how you like it4oz whole wheat spagetti
Directions
sautee all veg then add to cooked ground turkey then put in sauce and simmer for 15min cook noodles as you simmer..
