Very Banana Bread (vegan, sugar-free)

Ingredients
4-5 medium overripe bananas, sliced or mashed1/2 cup Splenda1/2 tsp baking soda1/2 tsp baking powder1 1/2 cup flour1/4 cup canola oil
Directions
Serving size: 1 standard loaf

Preheat oven to 350°.

In large bowl, blend oil and Splenda until smooth. Add bananas to bowl. Blend in the dry ingredients.

Once well mixed, pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until browned on top and fork test is clean.
