Mock Sweet and Sour Chicken

Ingredients
4 Bonless Skinless Chicken Breasts1 Can Whole Cranberry Sauce1/2 Cup Kraft Fat Free Catalina Salad Dressing
Directions
Pre-heat oven at 325 degrees.

Cut the Chicken Breasts in half.

Take the whole can of Cranberry Sauce and the 1/2 cup of Catalina Dressing and mix it.

Place the chicken pieces in a glass dish and pour the sauce over them.

Cook in the oven for 30 minutes or until the juices run clear.

Serve with Brown Rice and Veggie of choice.

You can also place all the ingredients into a Crock Pot for 8 hours. Serve as above.

Makes 8 servings. You can either serve the extras later in the week or freeze and serve it later.
