Baked seasoned red potatoes

Ingredients
1 1/2 lb red potatoes1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil2 Tbs dry minced onion 1 tsp salt sense1 tsp garlic
Directions
Wash potatoes. Pat dry and cut into one inch pieces.
Place in baking dish. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Cover with foil. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes.
