Lo-Cal Mexican Chicken Cassarole

Ingredients
3 chicken breast1 onion- chopped1 can of rotel2 cans of lo-cal cream of mushroom soup1 can red enchillada sauce1 bag of Kraft no-fat lo-cal chedder cheese1 bag of baked tortilla chips
Directions
Preheat the even to 350 degrees. Brown the chicken in a large no stick pan. Add the onion and cook until onion is softened. Put the canned goods in the sauce pan and heat unitl bubbling. Place the chips in the bottom of a cassarole dish and crush slightly. Place the chicken mixture over the chips. Cover the top with the cheese and bake for 30 minutes. Makes 12 servings
