Mexican Cornbread

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1 cup kernels Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup, shreddedJiffy Cornbread Mix, 1.5 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Milk, 1%, .33 cupGarlic Powder, Salt, Pepper to taste
Brown turkey in 9 or 10 inch oven safe skillet. Add seasonings to taste. Drain off grease, stir in frozen corn. Mix cornbread with egg and milk. Pour 1/4 of cornbread mixture into bottom of skillet, top with turkey mixture, then with cheese. Pour remaining cornbread batter over the cheese and bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes, or until cornbread is golden brown.
