Wild Turkey Salad

Ingredients
6-7 ounces of cooked turkey- chopped fine or ground1 1/2 stalks of celery- chopped fine1/4 c onion, chopped fine6 TB of miracle whip
Directions
Cook turkey and cool. Remove meat. Mix all ingredients together and prepare on bread, pita, tomato or whatever suits you.

I like to throw all ingredients in a food processor together and chop fine and then mix miracle whip with it. Less mess and easier.

Makes approximately 8 servings of 1/4 c each.
