Lentil Sloppy Joes

Ingredients
1lb Ground beef1 chopped onion (med)4 cloves garlic1c water1-15oz can tomato sauce1/2 c dry lentils, rinsed and soaked or 2 cans kidney beans1/2c Ketchup1/2 tsp ground mustard1/4 tsp pepper
Directions
In skillet, cook beef, onion, and garlic over medium until meat is no longer pink and drain. Add water, tomato sauce, lentils (or beans), ketchup, and spices. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and cover and simmer until desired consistency or lentils are tender. (For GF serve on GF buns or rice)
