Ingredients
Dark Brown Sugar, .25 cup, packed (7.8 oz.) Oats, 1.25 cup Egg, fresh, 1 large Baking Powder, 1 tsp Vanilla Extract, .5 tsp I Can't Believe It's Not Butter, Light Spread (Stick), 5 Tbsp (melted)
Directions
preheat oven to 350.
Line cookie sheet with parchment paper
Mix sugar, oats, baking powder
add eggs, butter and vanilla.
use a teaspoon to dispense cookie dough to parchment paper. Cookies will spread while cooking. Cookies are done when the edges are browned. Allow cookies to cool slightly before trying to remove them.
