Roast Beef & Cheddar Roll Up

1 tbs Light Cream Cheese1 Fajita Sized low carb or low cal Tortilla1 Slice of 2% Cheddar Cheese2 0z (one serving) of thinly slice Roast Beef sandwich meat1/4 tsp of dry Ranch Dressing Mix for flavor (this is not included in the nutritional info, but it only adds 5 calories)
Warm 1 low carb or low calorie tortilla in the microwave for about 10 seconds (just to make it slighly warm and easier to roll). Spread cream cheese evenly over one side of the tortilla and then lightly sprinkle all over with dry ranch dressing mix. Use a spoon or knife to smear the cream cheese and dressing mix together evenly over tortilla. Add roast beef slices and one slice of cheddar cheese to the middle of the tortilla (I tear the cheese into two pieces). Then roll the tortilla up into a tight roll and roll it up tightly in a piece of plastic wrap. Put in the fridge for about ten minutes so the wrap "sets", then cut it in half and enjoy!
