Breakfast Pita Pockets

Ingredients
1/2 Western Bagel Alternative Pita (or 2 mini pita pockets from T.J)1/2 cup Egg Beaters1/2 Tblsp Promise Light margarine3 slices pastrami ( or basterma)1 tblsp Kraft non-fat cheddar cheese1 tsp black pepper, and salt (to taste)
Directions
Prepare the pita by opening it up to form a "pocket", set aside. In a small skillet on med. heat, melt the margarine. Cut up the pastrami slices into small bits, add to skillet and cook for 5 min. Add the egg beaters, cook for 5 min. Add the cheese, and scramble the eggs ( the way I do it is by folding one half of the egg onto the other half, and taking a spatula, I cut up the egg untill it is scrambled.) Sprinkle salt and pepper on the eggs. Turn off heat, and immediatley scoop (careful not to break the pita "pocket") the egg scramble into the pita pockets, and serve warm.
