Homemade Rice a Roni

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter1/3 cup thin spaghetti, broken into little pieces3/4 cup white rice1 1/2 cup chicken or beef brothsalt and pepper
Directions
In a medium pan, melt butter and brown the pasta and rice until golden. Add broth and seasoning. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer about 15 to 18 or until rice is tender.

I make many variations of this. Any spices or even veggies can be added to change it. Tomatoes and cumin for mexican. Cooked carrots, celery and onions. Chinese veggies and soy sauce, etc.
